Once you have submitted your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account and the order details.
All orders are shipped from our distribution center in Athens. Prices and rates are in Euro (€) and include the official Greek VAT (Value Added Tax). All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of the website www.madebyzoek.com. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and can be purchased by other customers if you have not completed your order.
Additionally, the final quality control before placement of an order may possibly prevent us from sending a product that does not meet our quality standards. In this case, the customer will be informed immediately, and the order may be cancelled.

Deliveries to non – EU countries may be subject to import taxes, duties and/or customs fees in the shipment country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
From the date of the order confirmation the product(s) will be available in 5 to 15 business days. The estimated delivery time is indicative and begins from the date of the order placement.
When your order has been sent, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number and a link to track the status of your shipment on the site of the collaborating courier.
The website www.madebyzoek.com does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Orders are delivered between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Please make sure someone is available to receive and sign for your delivery. In case no one is available for delivery, the courier will leave a message with a contact phone number, which you should use in order to rearrange your delivery.
The website www.madebyzoek.com is not responsible for shipment delays, caused by extraordinary weather conditions, local holidays, strikes, international customs issues or any other circumstances not at fault of the company.
